I work as Financial Analyst & FP&A Lead at Malvern International plc — a UK AIM-listed education group. As the sole finance lead for the Nepal entity, I own the full reporting cycle: P&L, cashflow, board packs, budget vs actuals, and revenue recognition.

My edge is going deeper than the numbers. I build the Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and AI commentary systems that make financial insight accessible in real time — not just at month-end. Before Malvern, I trained at a PKF-affiliate audit firm, building the analytical rigour that still shapes every model I build today.

  • Supported a £2M+ capital raise — built investor presentation, scenario planning models, covenant and lender ratio modelling, and fund deployment analysis for external review.
  • Resolved a long-standing deferred income and revenue recognition issue under IFRS 15 — traced root cause, rebuilt the reconciliation approach, and restored Board confidence in monthly reporting accuracy.
  • Built Power BI dashboards connected to Amazon Redshift via ODBC — live divisional performance for weekly trading calls with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership.

  • Built CFO dashboard in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and uploaded budgets to enable actuals vs. budget comparison directly within the ERP — reducing reliance on offline spreadsheet reporting.
